Order FAQ

 

  • How can I order ONLINE items on Mazeltops.com?
    As you browse throughout the site,  just click the "Add To Cart" button for any item that you wish to purchase.  When choosing a color, please refer to the color chart and identify the color you want by it's name and number.  For imprinting, please be specific as well as choose either gold or silver for the imprinting.  When you click the "Add To Cart" button, you will be able to choose the quantity for any item.  Once your have completed shopping, just click the View Cart button at the top of your screen.  You will then be able to review your cart and proceed to checkout.  You will be given the option of adding any additional Special Instructions at checkout.

 

  • What credit cards do you accept?
    Mazeltops.com accepts Visa, Mastercard and electronic check.  PayPal is our authorized creditcard processor.  All transactions are processed through a secure server.

 

  • Are shipping charges automatically added to my order?
    Yes they are for domestic orders.  International orders will automatically include a portion of the shipping charges, but the customer will receive an invoice for the actually shipping charges (less the shipping charges already added to the order) once the order has been shipped. 

 

  • How do I know you received my order? 
    You will receive a confirmation email from PayPal as well as an email or telephone call confirming your order from Mazeltops.com.  If you mailed or faxed in your order, you will receive an email or telephone confirmation from Mazeltops.com

 

  • I prefer to mail in my order.  How can I do this?
    Please refer to the top your any page and you will see a link to our "Printable Order Forms".  Just print and write in your order on the form, total order and mail in to the designed address along with your payment check or money order.  Please do not send cash.  A $25.00 returned check fee will be imposed if your payment check bounces.

 

  • I prefer to fax in my order.  How can I do this?
    Please refer to the top your any page and you will see a link to our "Printable Order Forms".  Just print and write in your order on the form, total order and fax it to the designed telephone number.  To make the payment you may either mail it to Mazeltops.com along with a copy of the order form or you may pay on-line by credit card by clicking the "Pay an Invoice by Creditcard" link located at the top of any pay.   If you decide to mail in your payment, send either check or money order.  Please do not send cash.

 

  • Do you charge sales tax?
    Sales tax of 8.25% is charged only on orders sent within the state of California

 

  • What are your requirements for wholesale purchasing?
    This policy applies to all stores that ARE NOT Shuls or Judaic Shops: We WILL NOT  honor wholesale pricing until the customer places two orders within a 3 month period.  On the second order, we will apply wholesale pricing and refund the difference from the first order.

    In the past we have found that anyone with a resale number or a home business that remotely has to do with selling things will try and buy wholesale from us when it is for their own use or a family or friend's use.  This is the reason we have instituted this policy.  There is very little markup on kippot and this is the only way we can be fair and ensure that the customer ordering is truly eligible for wholesale pricing
     

  • What is your return policy?
    No returns on hair items, personalized kippot etc.  NO RETURNS.  ALL SALES FINAL.
